We can fully manage your property, from finding tenants and collecting rent, to organising safety checks and any other work that may need doing. We also offer advice on what may need doing to help let your property and to get the most from it.

Our standard lettings and management fee is 10% of the rental income (For example: 4 bed house let @ £75pw each over 44 weeks + £200 each for summer retainer = £14000pa, of which 10% = £1400). This is only due if we are successful and there are no extra setup costs. For this, we can take care of everything, leaving you with just the profit.

• Advising of any repairs that maybe necessary. We can also arrange for our approved contractors to perform annual checks and maintenance work for things like:
  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
  • Electrical and PAT testing
  • Annual Gas Certification
