You can contact us by phone, text or email 24 hours a day if you have any problems and in most cases all the bills are included, there is no deposit to pay and we even include a broadband internet service as standard. The quality of accommodation, our “hands on” approach to management and rapid repair times mean that our houses are quickly let. So search now for good quality student accommodation in popular student areas around Lancaster that include, but are not limited to Bowerham, Greaves, Moorlands, Primrose and the city centre. Our houses are accredited and licensed by Lancaster City Council where appropriate.
Once you have picked a house or a short list of houses please contact us to arrange a viewing. Viewings can be arranged at convenient times throughout the day or the evening. When you do visit a house we would encourage you to talk to the students already there and ask about the house, the local area and the Landlord. They are the best source of information in helping you decide if it is the right house for you.
Should you decide to view a number of houses with us, we can arrange to drive you between viewings. We can also arrange to collect you from a convenient location, such as your halls of residence, existing house or train station.
We have our own dedicated maintenance team providing a 24 hour emergency response together with a variety of contractors so there ever is a problem, you will not be waiting long. This and we are always contactable and provide a direct service, so renting from us means even general maintenance and repairs are dealt with quickly. We do ask that you look after your house as much as possible and notify us of any potential maintenance issues as soon as you are aware of them.

The network of properties we manage in Lancaster are oversubscribed each year and we usually let houses between 6 and 18 months before contracts start.
Established in 1994, our reputation has been built on improving Lancaster’s student accommodation by providing a superior standard of student homes. In that past, it can be said that much of the student housing in Lancaster was of a poor standard and even badly managed. Over the past 17 years we have strived to ensure that none of our houses fall into this category and as such, we have implemented a programme of continuous improvement in the provision of quality student accommodation. To aid us in this we regularly seek the views of our current student tenants, for ways in which we can improve the houses they live in. Most recently and as a result of this, we have begun to introduce large LCD TVs into our properties.
