We can fully manage your property, from finding tenants and collecting rent, to organising safety checks and any other work that may need doing. We also offer advice on what may need doing to help let your property and to get the most from it.

Our standard lettings and management fee is 10% of the rental income. This is only due after we have successfully collected it for you and there are no extra setup costs. We can take care of everything, leaving you with just the profit.

- Electrical and PAT testing
- Annual Gas Certification
